Developing a resilient future for Oldway

Developing a resilient future for Oldway

Earlier this year Torbay Council and partners, including the Oldway Trust supported by the Friends of Oldway and the Oldway Gardens Group, secured funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund for Oldway.

This funding is for a programme of work called ‘Developing a resilient future for Oldway’. The aim is to enable longer term options to be explored, and a Masterplan and Conservation Management strategy for Oldway mansion and estate can be moved forward.

This summer, Katherine Findlay was appointed as project director. The Council and partners are now recruiting the consultant team that will work with Katherine and deliver the new plans for 'Developing a resilient future for Oldway'.

Three opportunities are open:

  • Freelance business plan consultant

  • Freelance conservation management plan consultant

  • Freelance evaluation consultant

The closing date is 30 September 2022
