Wavelength Open Call Commissions

Wavelength Open Call Commissions

We invite submissions from artists, designers and technologists for projects culminating in November 2019 as part of Eyeview, Torbay’s Great Place Scheme Cultural Programme. Wavelength will focus on experimental commissions with artists and technologists, culminating in a celebration of sound and light, illuminating Torbay, the overlooked and unexpected.

For full details including how to apply please download here. If you need this document in another format please contact Lead Producer Clare Parker by emailing [email protected].

The deadline for submissions is 5pm on Thursday 18th July 2019

Shortlisted applications will be notified by 24th July 2019 and invited to interview during w/c 29th July 2019 (skype or face-to-face depending on applicant’s location).

In addition to commission opportunities, we encourage artists and organisations to approach us if you are developing a project that you feel is relevant to the Eyeview principles. We are interested in supporting inclusion in events and platforms, leveraging funding or developing new creative partnerships.

Equally, if you are a locally-based creative that would like support to develop a project idea, we can provide advice and guidance to help realise ideas.

To explore creative opportunities, partnerships or development support, contact Lead Producer Clare Parker on [email protected]
