We are looking for a Volunteer Co-ordinator

Following the launch of our Torbay Culture Ambassadors programme earlier this year, we are seeking a freelance individual or organisation to co-ordinate the programme and support the wonderful volunteers who have signed up.

Key responsibilities are:

  • support and develop the Culture Ambassadors to be excellent advocates and skilled volunteers at cultural events/venues, to include regular communication (by email and social media) and arranging training

  • promote the scheme to host organisations to ensure high quality volunteering experiences

  • market the scheme to grow the number of Culture Ambassadors, and manage the recruitment and induction process, including via social media.
