'Create to Recover' Project Fund

Torbay Culture has been awarded Arts Council England COVID-19 Emergency Response Funding to support the local cultural sector to recover. As part of this, we are offering ‘ Create to Recover’ project funding for independent artists and creative practitioners, living or working in the Torbay local authority area (comprising Brixham, Paignton and Torquay).

Available are:

• 6 creative project awards of up to £750 each

• 3 creative project awards of up to £1,500 each

• freelance Creative Producer contract to support the artists awarded project funding
